The Garmin ForeRunner 305 expands over the Forerunner 205 with wireless ATN heart rate monitor. This, along with the chest strap will ensure that you keep track of your training intensity as well as consumption of calories all the time. Also, bike speed and cadence sensor and foot pod is available in some versions, thus making it a great tool for cycling as well. With the Garmin Forerunner 305, you can design your own workouts. Features like time/ distance alerts and pace alerts, will also help you stay within the predetermined training intensities.
